Armenians fire at positions of Azerbaijani Army in Lachin, Khojavand, Shusha and Khojaly

On June 22, at 02:15 am, the Armenian armed forces units fired at the Azerbaijani Army positions stationed in the direction of the Ahmadli settlement of the Lachin district from their positions in the direction of the Brun settlement of the Goris district, Report informs, citing Ministry of Defense.

Moreover, from 11:05 pm on June 21 to 08:15 am on June 22, members of illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeepers are temporarily deployed, subjected to fire the Azerbaijani Army’s positions stationed in the direction of the Khojavand, Shusha, and Khojaly districts.

The Azerbaijani Army Units took adequate retaliatory measures in mentioned directions.

Besides, members of illegal Armenian armed detachments, under the guise of agricultural work, attempted to install long-term fortification facilities in front of the Azerbaijani Army’s positions stationed in the directions of Aghdam and Khojaly.

The work was immediately stopped as a result of the urgent measures taken by the Azerbaijani Army Units.
