Report: Exploitation of natural resources in area controlled by peacekeepers prevented

During 2021, measures were taken to prevent illegal visits to the territories of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily stationed, as well as illegal activities, especially the exploitation of natural resources, construction of infrastructure and social facilities in these territories, and relevant results were achieved, Report informs, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the report of the Cabinet of Ministers on its activities in 2021, as one of the important steps to be taken at the international level to prevent illegal telecommunications services in the area, the updated National Numbering Plan was submitted to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) for approval in accordance with the officially standardized names of administrative units of Azerbaijan and was posted on its website after publication in the next ITU Bulletin.
