Baku. 7 March. REPORT.AZ/ Members of the British Parliament will be deprived of free tea, biscuits and right to order a taxi at the expense of taxpayers in the new fiscal year, Report informs referring to the BBC.
Innovations driven by the need savings after the upcoming elections in May, according to a published cost estimates of the British Parliament on the 2015/16 financial year.
"We will introduce restrictions and changes to the rules agreed in December 2013, including food subsidies and regulations of reception. We will strict rules on the use of hotels and taxis. We will no longer accept applications for payment of television licenses and insurance ownership in homes", said in a published document.
Salaries of Members of Parliament will also be frozen, as the planned increase in salaries by 10% canceled.
At the moment, British MP salary is 67 thousand pounds a year.
