Hungary prioritizes establishing relations with OTS members

Establishing relationships with the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is one of the priorities for Hungary, Zsuzsa Kecskés, Deputy Head of the International Relations Department at the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration (NTCA), Report informs.

Kecskés made the announcement during her speech at the 10th Meeting of the Heads of Customs Administrations of the Organization of Turkic States held in Baku.

According to her, Hungary actively participates in both formal and informal summit meetings:

"The NTCA continues to contribute to the economies of OTS countries. Currently, new opportunities are emerging for the development of cooperation. Conditions are being created to eliminate barriers, resulting in simplified procedures between regional countries. We have established very good bilateral relations with OTS member countries. In particular, we have long-term and mutually beneficial relations with Azerbaijan. These relationships are very important to us, and we are interested in strengthening them further in the future."
