Rafael Aghayev: We try not to promote ourselves, but Azerbaijan

Baku. 7 July. REPORT.AZ/ "It is prideful when your national anthem is played. We try not to promote ourselves, but Azerbaijan." 

Report informs, an Azerbaijani gold medalist of the First European Games in karate, Rafael Aghayev said at the event held in the Ministry of Youth and Sports today.

4-time World and 12-time European champion said that they do their best to sound the state anthem: We will try to sound our anthem as long as we can. I continue my trainings in Sumgayit. I always go to the training halls regardless of the competitions."

Rafael Aghayev won a gold medal at Baku 2015 the First European Games in men's 75 kg category.
