Tbilisi. 12 December. REPORT.AZ/ 13-year-old resident of Georgia's Bolnisi district, Ismail Badalov, has died after a month in coma, Georgian bureau of Report informs citing "Rustavi 2" television reported.

The teenager was reportedly beaten by his fellow one month ago in Bolnisi.

His father, Idaid Badalov said that his son came home beaten half to death: “Ismail shouted that he had headache. We called the emergency medical care. After the injection, he fell into coma. We took him to the hospital. Police were informed about it."

Badalov said the culprit is still free: “The police told me that they do not have the right to detain that person due to his age. But I want the criminals to be punished within the law."

On December 11, the body of the teenager was handed over to the National Examination Bureau.

The criminal case has been launched on the fact.
