Azerbaijan creates company with 30 mln AZN capital

Baku. 31 January. REPORT.AZ/ Ministry of Taxes has registered Capital Hotel Company LLC.

Report informs referring to the ministry, legal address of the new company is block 657, Sarabski Street, 45A, Nasimi district, Baku, authorized capital 29 421 605 AZN, legal representative Farid Farhad Musayev.

Notably, earlier, Garant Holding LLC located at the mentioned address. Later, the building of the Holding passed under control of Pasha Holding LLC due to debt dispute. F. Musayev is a senior official at PMD Group LLC, which is the structure of the latter as well as acts as a director of Prime Estates LLC, established in February 2017.
