Problem occurred in social networks in Azerbaijan

Problem have occurred in the social networks in Azerbaijan.
Report informs that the users were not able to log in Facebook, Instagram.
Entering whatsapp messenger is possible, but voice, photo and other operations are not performed.
Reasons of the problem are yet to be defined.
