President Ilham Aliyev: Application of 'e-government' based on modern methods and technological innovation

“I cordially welcome you, the participants of XXII Azerbaijan International Exhibition and Conference on Telecommunications and Information Technologies, 'BakuTel-2016' in Baku, and wish success in your future activities.

This traditional exhibition and conference, which became the most influential event on telecommunications and information technologies in Caspian region, plays a facility, where leading companies of our country and other countries of the world present their latest achievements in high technologies field.

Today Azerbaijan, which lives period of sustainable progress, determined high technologies as priority for its development. Currently we employ digital television broadcast. Application of “electronic government” based on modern methods and technological innovation has been expanded.

I believe that fruitful meetings and discussions on actual topics, that you will hold within framework of exhibition and conference, will contribute to uprise and realization of new initiatives and further deepening of mutual ties”
