Ilham Aliyev: Digital transformation, AI development among Azerbaijan's agenda

Azerbaijan's global agenda is determining sustainable development, the restoration and reconstruction of Karabakh, and the completion of these projects, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the opening ceremony of the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum, entitled "The Mission of the Media in Promoting Peace: Restoring Truth and Rebuilding Trust," Report informs.

"As a result of their implementation, transportation routes will be created. Digital transformation and the development of artificial intelligence are also on our agenda," the head of state emphasized.

Ilham Aliyev noted that the demand for Azerbaijan's energy resources is growing: "The demand for our renewable energy sources is growing too. We have great potential. Just here, in the Karabakh region, we are completing the construction of 340 megawatts of hydroelectric and 340 megawatts of solar power plants. The export of electricity to European markets is one of the main issues on our agenda. Because Europe needs it."
