German startuper: BBF has really created professional coworking climate - PHOTO

Baku. 19 December. REPORT.AZ/ Report News Agency presents an interview with German startuper Michel Oliver Helms, who takes advantage of Coworking space in Baku Business Factory (BBF).

- How did you discover Baku Business Factory?

- I was looking for coworking space. That’s why I did google search. As a result, I found out several various spaces, including BBF. Really smart people are working here and I have got a big opportunity to develop my project.

- You use BBF’s Coworking space for several days. We would like to ask about first impression. How will the BBF affect your personal development and progress of your project?

- Really professional climate has been created here. I enjoy working in such circumstances. People are very attentive to work. Atmosphere here is neither noisy nor boring. Everybody holds interesting online discussions. At the same time, there is also a perfect condition for exchange of ideas with other teams. I also arrange discussions on my project. It is very important for me.

- If you can, please tell us something about your project...

- My project is related to human resources (HR). We work towards efficient utilization of HR.

- Usually people have some expectations before they start work. It is interesting, what kind of expectations did you have before you came to BBF and what have you achieved?

- I can tell based on my experience during this week that BBF’s activity is excellent. People talk only about development. It is great when people seek excellence through projects they work on.

- Finally, I would like to ask about Azerbaijani startups. Did you have any information about local startups before your travel to Azerbaijan?

- Frankly speaking, I didn’t know about local startups before my trip. But now I have information about some of them. Teams sitting near us realize two of such startups. One of them is startup related to healthcare tourism. This envisages travel arrangements to Turkey, Switzerland and other countries for people with various health problems. Thus, it enables to take advantage of best opportunities provided by healthcare tourism. Another startup idea is related to organization of online sale of products made at home.
