Azerbaijan to apply certificates for those with contraindications to COVID-19 vaccine

A special certificate is envisaged for people with contraindications to vaccination against coronavirus, said Shahmar Movsumov, Assistant to the President and Head of the Economic Affairs and Innovative Development Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Report informs.
"The Ministry of Health will set up a special commission to examine those people: "If the commission reveals that these people are not recommended to be vaccinated, then they will be given a certificate of contraindication, which will have the same QR code as the COVID-19 passport," he said.
