“In the capacity as a chair of the Non-Aligned Movement, we provided financial and humanitarian support to more than 30 countries, and we provided free of charge doses of vaccines to several countries,” Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the opening of the VIII Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
“At the same time, we made a voluntary donation to the World Health Organization to support poor countries worth $10 million. So, these are the steps which we’ve undertaken on the global scale, and again unification of efforts of the international community and of course responsible approach of the leading countries of the world will help to cope with this disease,” he added.
