Azerbaijan confirms 53 new COVID-19 cases, 1 death

Azerbaijan has recorded 53 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 55 people recovered from the infection, and 1 person died.

Overall, the country has reported 823,202 cases of infection, 812,944 recoveries, and 9,944 since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 314 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 7,317,582 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 2,060 today.
