US Ambassador to Azerbaijan visits ANAMA’s Goygol Training Base

Baku. 15 April. REPORT.AZ/ Today Ambassador Cekuta visited ANAMA’s (Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action) Goygol Training Base visited to learn more about how ANAMA’s demining activities are making Azerbaijan a safer place. Report was told by the Embassy. 

With the help of U.S. funding, ANAMA removed over 500,000 pieces of ordnance near Saloglu and is working on a project to clear 66 square kilometers of land near Jeyranchol by 2016.
