Ukrainian MP: Peace between Baku & Yerevan should be based on territorial integrity

People’s Deputy of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharenko noted the progress in the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia through the mediation of the EU, Report informs.

Honcharenko was speaking at the debates within the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in Strasbourg, dedicated to the recent provocations of Armenia on the border with Azerbaijan.

“We believe that Azerbaijan and Armenia can find a solution to the problems that have arisen,” he said, adding that these solutions should be based on the principles of territorial integrity and sovereignty of both countries.
