Turkish Embassy to Azerbaijan opens a book of condolence

Baku. 15 December. REPORT.AZ/ Turkish Embassy to Azerbaijan has opened a book of condolence regarding December 10 terrorist attack in Istanbul.

Report informs, foreign diplomats, public and political figures of Azerbaijan visit the embassy to express their grief and show their sympathy, writing in a book of condolence.

Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov also wrote in a book of condolence. A.Sharifov expressed deep sorrow on the news on numerous dead and injured as a result of the attack: "We share your grief, offer our condolences to families and loved ones of the victims and brotherly people of Turkey, and wish the injured a speedy recovery".

Then A.Sharifov had a talk with Turkish Ambassador Erkan Özoral.

Notably, 44 people were killed, 155 people injured in the terrorist attack near Vodafone Arena, where Istanbul club Beşiktaş hosts home matches.
