Russian Defense Minister arrives in Azerbaijan

Russian Defense Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu has arrived today on a working trip to Azerbaijan to take part in the opening ceremony of the Sea Cup competition. Report informs citing the TASS, Ministry of Defense of Russia told journalists.

During the visit, Sergei Shoigu will meet the Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov. Besides, a meeting with President Ilham Aliyev is on the agenda.

The International Sea Cup tournament is held for the sixth time, Azerbaijan is hosting these competitions for the fourth time.
