Secretary General: OSCE intends to strengthen and expand areas of cooperation with Azerbaijan

Baku. 12 September. REPORT.AZ/ OSCE intends to strengthen and expand areas of cooperation with Azerbaijan, Report informs citing OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger.

"Azerbaijan is one of the strong OSCE member countries, which actively participate in many of our projects. We intend to strengthen and expand the areas of cooperation with Azerbaijan, as we discussed today at meetings with President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov."  Thomas Greminger noted that these are such areas of cooperation as ensuring environmental security of the Caspian sea, economic cooperation, as well as the fight against terrorism and radicalism.
