Report informs, Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament's International and Interparliamentary Relations Committee Samad Seyidov said at a briefing in Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), jointly held with the new President of the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, German lawmaker from the European People's Party, David McAllister.
He said that mutual relations should be bilateral: "Azerbaijan is ready both for talks and to establish relations, while the other party's consent is under question. I am sure that open, free actions organized such way will raise level of relations both between the Azerbaijani Parliament and the European Parliament. So, it will play a major role in delivering the most painful problem of Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict truth to the European community".
