Kuwaiti PM congratulates Azerbaijani President

The Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, Report informs.
