Petition launched to impose sanctions on Armenia

A petition was filed regarding the US sanctions on Armenia on the official website of the White House.

According to Report, the petition states that Armenia has violated Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and occupied Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding areas.

It states that Armenia does not comply with the UN Security Council's resolutions on Armenia's unconditional liberation of Azerbaijani territories. Moreover, Armenia violates the Hague Convention rules and launches rockets at civilians in Khizi, Ganja, Barda, and Tartar. As a result of the Armenian targeting of civilians since September 27, 41 people were killed, and 205 were injured. The petition calls for trade sanctions and a military embargo against Armenia.
