Baku. 2 November. REPORT.AZ/ Preparation for visit of the Montenegrin Prime Minister and Speaker of Parliament to Azerbaijan is being prepared. Report informs, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Srdjan Darmanovich stated at a briefing.
"We intend to continue political dialogue, Azerbaijan is a strategic partner for us, there is a project for the supply of Azerbaijani gas to the border of Montenegro, which will expand our strategic cooperation. There are all opportunities to develop our cooperation, including education, agro-industry, tourism and a number of other spheres", he said noting that Montenegro is also interested in TAP project.
"We follow the project and its possible expansion, as well support the multi-vector nature of the project," he added.
Commenting on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, the minister noted that Montenegro is a supporter of peaceful solutions to conflicts: "We support the UN Security Council resolutions and role of the OSCE in this process."
