Ilham Aliyev receives credentials of Cambodia's new ambassador

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received the credentials of Kim Heng Meas, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cambodia to Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the presidential press service.
