European security to be discussed at the OSCE Summit in Helsinki

Baku. 4 July. REPORT.AZ/ In Helsinki, on July 10, to be held an informal high-level discussion of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). 

Report informs referring to the press service of OSCE, the event is dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act and will be held at the initiative of the Serbian Chairmanship of the OSCE.

After the commemorative session, an informal high-level discussion on the challenges facing European security today will be held.

According to the information, following an initiative by Serbia’s 2015 OSCE Chairmanship, which will chair the event, Finland has agreed to host the meeting. The discussions will pave the way for the OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade in December.

A background briefing session will be organized for media before the meeting.
