Dmitry Medvedev congratulates first vice-president of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva

Baku. 7 March. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has sent a congratulatory letter to first vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva.

Report informs citing AzerTag that the letter says:
