US President Joe Biden has welcomed the steps taken by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to improve living conditions in Azerbaijan.

Report informs that the due statement is contained in Biden's letter read out by Laura Lochman, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Diplomacy in the Bureau of Energy Resources, at the opening ceremony of the Baku Energy Week.
