Azerbaijani Defense Minister met with Bulgarian Minister of Economy

Baku. 30 September. REPORT.AZ/ Today, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov the delegation headed by the Minister of Economy of Bulgaria Bozhidar Lukarski, who is visiting our country.

Report informs referring to the press service of Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MOD). 

The sides expressed satisfaction with successful development of relations in the conditions of friendship and mutual trust between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria, including the expansion of relations in the military sphere.

Speaking about the military-political situation in the region, Minister of Defence fully informed the guests on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Bulgarian Minister of Economy, in turn, expressed satisfaction with development of relations between our countries in areas of mutual interest. B.Lukarski stressed that along with the fact that our two countries have traditional friendly relations, Azerbaijan is an important strategic partner of Bulgaria and expressed his confidence that the meetings held in Baku will give an additional impetus to cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting the sides discussed issues of cooperation in various spheres, including in the military-technical sphere and in the field of military education as well as other issues of mutual interest.
