Report informs, Tacan Ildem, NATO's Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy said speaking at today's first plenary session "Promoting Dialogue and Universal Values: Tools for the Prevention of Violent Extremism" in frames of the 4th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue in Baku.
"NATO has always stressed importance of building partnerships. We must achieve cooperation between countries. There are some challenges we face, such as polarization in society. But we must not distance from them. We need to have a dialogue with them. It is necessary to use such opportunities to combat anti-Semitism, xenophobia, etc", Ildem added.
