Allahshukur Pashazadeh: Azerbaijan's tolerance can be a good example for the whole world

"There is such an atmosphere of tolerance in Azerbaijan that can be a good example for whole world," Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh said in an interview to TASS, Report informs

“And this atmosphere was, certainly, created by the head of state," Pashazadeh added.

“I’d like to say that other realities have been established in Azerbaijan. Imagine that today Sunnis and Shiites pray together. You will never see anything like this anywhere else, except for Azerbaijan. It’s a normal situation for Muslims in our country to attend churches or synagogues and light a candle there. Or sometimes representatives of Christian or Jewish communities apply to us, and we help them," Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Allahshukur Pashazadeh said.
