Personnel appointments expected in Azerbaijan Professional Football League - EXCLUSIVE

“I need a few days to study the current structure, make a decision regarding personnel appointments. And they will definitely be,” new president of the Azerbaijan Professional Football League Elkhan Samadov told Report.

The 48-year-old functionary expressed his gratitude to AFFA and the club’s management for the trust placed in him: “This was an unexpected proposal for me. The management set a task for us to ensure the transparent conduct of the competition.”

Elkhan Samadov noted that the Azerbaijan Premier League continues negotiations with the sponsor for the new season.

The previous president of the PFL, Ramin Musayev, resigned due to health problems.
