Gurbanov to name national squad after watching all clubs in Antalya

Baku. 16 January. REPORT.AZ/ The national football team of Azerbaijan will gather in Antalya, Turkey on January 27.

Report informs referring to the national team's press service, the staff led by Gurban Gurbanov will accommodate at Maxx Royal.

Gurbanov is waiting for all clubs to arrive in Antalya to determine the final list of players to be summoned for the training camp. Only Qarabag and Gabala clubs take part in the training camp in Turkey. Other teams will leave for the neighboring country this week. The manager will take a decision after watching all clubs in Antalya.

Most likely, all of the invited will be from the Azerbaijan Premier League. It is not convincing that international football players to participate in the training camp of the national team as winter break ends this week at the championships of the countries they play.

Notably, Azerbaijan national team will play against Moldova on January 30 and Kosovo on February 2. The match with Moldova will be held at Mardan stadium at 20:00 Baku time, while venue and start time for game with Kosovo not identified.
