Compensation of Euro-2020 footballers' clubs increased by 50 million Euros

Baku. April 1. REPORT.AZ/ Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, President of the European Clubs Association signed a memorandum of confidence with UEFA President Michel Platini . Report informs, European teams' footballers will receive at least 200 million Euros compensation for the participation in EURO 2020.

It is 50 million Euros more than the compensation of EUR 2016. In addition, 8 % of revenues from the sale of tickets and TV broadcasting will be given to the clubs.

4 matches of Euro-2020 will be held in Baku.
