Azerbaijani footballer changes his club in Spain

Azerbaijani national football player Eddy Israfilov has been removed from the main squad of the Alcorcón FC that performs at the I Divison in Spain.

Report informs citing the Aupa Alba portal that the new head coach of Alcorcón Fran Fernández, is not interested in performance of the 27-year-old midfielder. He did not include the name of Israfilov in the squad for the training camp in Marbella, while another club at the I division of the Spanish championship Albasete got interested in Israfilov.

Notably, Eddy Israfilov moved to Alcorcón in January last year from Gimnàstic de Tarragona FC. He wore the uniforms of other Spanish clubs – Kadis, Murcia, Granada, Eibar and Cordoba. Israfilov's father is an Angolan, his mother is Azerbaijani.
