Arsenal seeks to sign Turkish football player

Baku. 20 October. REPORT.AZ/ Arsenal are in pole position in the hunt for Roma’s highly-rated forward Cengiz Under, Report informs citing Daily Express. 

Both the Gunners and Bayern Munich have been linked with the 21-year-old Turkey star.

But Forza Roma claim Unai Emery’s side are ahead of the German giants as Europe’s biggest clubs clamour to claim Under's signature.

Under has been a revelation since moving to the Stadio Olimpico from Turkey at the start of last season - netting seven goals in 26 Serie A appearances under Eusebio di Francesco.

He has scored once and chipped in with two assists in the league already in the current campaign.

And he is now considered to be one of the hottest properties on the continent.

The report claims Roma will only do business if their £52million valuation is met.
