AFFA unveils its supported candidate for UEFA presidential election

Baku. 6 September. REPORT.AZ/ The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) supports candidacy of Alexander Ceferin, working in the post of President of the Football Association of Slovenia, for UEFA the presidential election.

Report informs, the statement posted on AFFA's website declares.

It is stated that after being familiar with the pre-election platform social responsibility, interassociations dialogue, continuation of the UEFA legacy, protection of the European football organization's reputation, AFFA management made a decision to vote for Alexander Ceferin at the elections in Athens, Greece on September 14.
