The Spanish authorities have frozen 12 bank accounts and funds allegedly linked to five Russian entrepreneurs who fell under EU sanctions, Europa Press agency reported on Thursday.

Report informs citing TASS that three yachts were also detained, and measures were taken against 23 real estate objects linked to Russian businessmen.

The centralized body to prevent money laundering handed over information about 14 Russian entrepreneurs and one hundred individuals and legal entities associated with them to authorities. In addition, the body reported on 29 properties in Spain allegedly linked to persons subject to EU sanctions and a berth for ships.
