Government mortgage lending nears AZN 262M in 2018

Baku. 4 February. REPORT.AZ/ In 2018, AZN 261.7 million in mortgage lending was allocated through Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF), up 29% from the previous year, Report informs referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
In the reporting period, AZN 100 million was allocated from the state budget to MCGF, up twofold from 2017. The Fund issued AZN 200 million-bond, down 24.5% in comparison to a year earlier.
