Azerbaijan reduces investments in Russia by 18%

During January-September of this year, Russia made $97.9 million in direct investments in Azerbaijan's economy.
The figure is thrice as low as in the same period last year.
According to Report, which cites the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, during the reporting period, the northern neighbor's share of investments in the country's economy made 2.2% of the total volume.
Over 9 months, Azerbaijan invested $27.4 million in the Russian economy, which is 18% less compared to the previous year. Azerbaijan's share of investments in Russia's economy accounted for 2% of the total investment volume.
