Types of activities in field of energy in Azerbaijan

There will be 10 types of activities in the field of energy in Azerbaijan, as reflected in the new draft law "On Energy" that was submitted to the Milli Majlis.

Report informs that, according to the document, those types of activities are as follows:

- exploration of energy resources;

- development and output of energy resources;

- processing of energy resources;

- energy generation;

- energy conservation;

- energy transport (transmission);

- energy distribution;

- import and export of energy;

- wholesale and (or) retail sale of energy;

- organization of activity of natural gas and electricity markets.
