SOCAR unveils volume of aviation fuel supplied to Ukraine last month

In April this year, SOCAR Energy Ukraine, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Ukraine, imported 300 tons of aviation fuel, Report informs, referring to Ukrainian press.

According to the information, aviation fuel imported by the Azerbaijani company was supplied from Lithuania. The volume of aviation fuel imported to Ukraine in April was 300 tons less than in March 2021.

Last month, the country imported 1,300 tons of aviation fuel from Lithuania, 60% more than in April 2020.

Moreover, 4,900 tons of aviation fuel were imported from Belarus to Ukraine last month. In April 2020, the country did not supply aviation fuel to Ukraine.

In April this year, Ukraine imported 8,000 tons of aviation fuel, which is twice as much as in the same period last year.

In January-April 2021, Ukraine imported 26,300 tons of aviation fuel from various countries, showing a 35% decrease in comparison to the corresponding period last year.
