SOCAR to start production of Euro-5 gasoline this year

The Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (NEZ) of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is planning to produce gasoline according to Euro-5 standards this year, Report informs, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to the document, last year, the oil refinery completed 98.9% of the construction of facilities with the mentioned purpose.

The goal of the reconstruction and modernization project implemented at the refinery is to minimize the negative impact on the environment, along with the production of high-quality products.
