Russian minister: Without efforts by leading oil producers market stabilization would be possible only in distant future

Baku. 10 December. REPORT.AZ/ Non-OPEC countries are expected to cut production by 600,000 barrels per day in total.

Report informs citing the RIA Novosti, Russia's Minister of Energy Alexander Novak said at today's OPEC meeting in Vienna.

"Without concerted efforts by the world's leading oil producers market stabilization would be possible only in the distant future", he added.
