President Aliyev attending groundbreaking ceremony for three power plants in Azerbaijan

A groundbreaking ceremony was held as part of the Baku Energy Week for three power plants that will be constructed in Azerbaijan by Masdar.
According to Report, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is attending the ceremony.
