Murad Heydarov appointed head of SOCAR's newly opened office in Bulgaria

The head of the newly opened office of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Bulgaria has been appointed.

According to Report, this position was assigned to Murad Heydarov.
