Gas prices in Europe fell to $1,100 per 1,000 cubic meters at auction on April 28, after a 20% jump on April 27, Report informs referring to the London Stock Exchange ICE.
The price of May futures for gas on the index of the largest European hub TTF at the opening of the trading session was $1,140, and a few minutes later dropped to a minimum of $1,085 per 1,000 cubic meters.
The high daily price maximum on April 27 was observed amid the news about the termination of Russian gas supplies to Poland and Bulgaria due to the refusal to pay for it in rubles.
