Belarus to reduce oil export duties on 1 December

On 1 December 2020, Belarus will reduce export duties on oil and some oil products exported outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The decision was formalized by the Council of Ministers' resolution No.679 of 28 November 2020, BelTA has learned.

In line with the document, the export duty's size on crude oil, furnace oil, oil bitumen, and used oil products will be $42 per tonne ($42.2 previously).

The export duty on straight-run gasoline has been set at $23.1 per tonne ($23.2 previously).

The size of export duties on commercial gasoline, light and middle distillates, diesel fuel, benzene, toluene, xylene, lubricants, and other oils will remain unchanged at $12.6 per tonne.

The export duties on crude oil and some categories of derivative oil products were previously revised downwards on 1 November.
