Over the past eight years, the number of services provided to citizens at ASAN Service centers by Azerishig OJSC has increased from 8 to 18, said Inam Yusifov, Deputy Director of the Department of Work with ASAN Service and Electronic Services at Azerishig, Report informs.
Yusifov made the remark during a press conference held in Zangilan, Azerbaijan.
He highlighted that efforts to simplify services and enhance accessibility have shown positive results: "While previously applications consisted of 7 procedures, today the process is completed with just 2 procedures. Consequently, the connection time to the electrical grid has been reduced from 41 days to 20 days."
Yusifov added Currently, Azerishig OJSC offers 15 electronic services. "Last year, 53.4% of business entities submitted their applications online," Yusifov highlighted.
