Azerbaijan gets 46% rise in electricity export 

In 2021, Azerbaijan exported 1.677 million kWh of electric power, up 45.7% from the previous year, Report informs, referring to the Ministry of Economy.

In the reporting period, the electricity imports amounted to 151.5 million kWh, showing an 11% increase in comparison to a year earlier.

In December 2021, the country exported 289.6 million kWh of electricity (+68.7%), while imported 10.5 million kWh (-1.9%).
