​Mikail Jabbarov: So gratifying, men are more likely to prefer educational activities in Azerbaijan

Baku. 5 October. REPORT.AZ/ The Education Minister Mikail Jabbarov congratulated teachers with the International Teachers' Day, October 5.

Report informs, the Minister noted that as a result of this year's transparent elections in general, 2618 people were employed, "Great competition for those wishing to engage in teaching activities demonstrates the interest to this profession."

According to the minister, this year the number of students with high points chose pedagogical specialties significantly increased: "We are very pleased. Another point is that the gender balance excellence among educators in women. Studies conducted by us in recent years, show that men increasingly prefer teaching activities, and this is very gratifying."
